I used this hotel as a quick last minute convenient and low-cost choice due to my trip to AD cancellation. if you have a car then this is the perfect choice because of the underground parking. It can be a good choice if you wish to walk to the Mall of the Emirates however there are much better choices for closer hotels to the mall. They take 100 DHS insurance plus whatever fee agreed on your booking. Make sure you count your change! the bathroom was cleanish but looking tired. I saw a tiny Cockroach in the bathroom and was not cool. I didn't make a complaint as I was staying for two nights

Was ok excpet that no coffee provided for coffee machine we paid for a hot tub executive suite but the hot tub temperature could not be changed we phoned reception the maintance man cam and emptied aomw water out and filled it using the shower head not practical took for ever. For an executive suite and top room available i woukd expect no faults. The rest was lovely nice large room comfy good location reasonable prices and good quality food

I Liked this Hotel and the room I got big enough to be able to spend my 5 nights confortably. All my visitors too so one couple booked a night in the same hotel too.

Stayed here before, wonderful hotel, great value. Don’t be put of by thinking location is a little further than you wanted. It’s 100 times better then any hotel close to the mall of emirates. I cannot stress enough how lovely this place is, staff the rooms, pool, it’s a top hotel for budget price. Your all be very happy to stay here. Thank you to everyone who made my stay comfortable. Great team, and very safe in co19 times. Blessed

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Their breakfast is excellent. My friend lost some jewelry which she reported and their manager brought in security personnel who helped us search and eventually found the lost items. Overall, excellent stay! I’d definitely go back and I wholly recommend!
