The perfect hotel on the border of the black forest, stunning scenery, great spa facilities, lovely staff. Easy to access, good roads and parking for car enthusiasts with low cars! Clean rooms with most things you would need (no coffee/tea facilities which was the only negative!). We will definitely be back!

Relaxing

Wonderful and relaxing experience in an elegant setting. The rooms are on the smaller side, but you do not spend much time in them anyway. The pools are wonderful and set against a natural backdrop that takes your breath away. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Not much else to do in the area, but again you do not want to leave the spa area!

Great spa place in beautiful area.

Great place for spa experience and good food. Beautiful area and hotel. Service is in general good, in particular for the young staff. Some of the older staff (told elderly man in reception and middel aged woman in charge of the eggs) were really not pleasant and helpful. But apart from these slips in the service from 2 persons, everything was great. Good staff in the restaurant except for the egg lady.

L’hôtel est très grand et ressemble à l’extérieur à un ancien palais, la décoration y est contemporaine et un peu froide ce qui est dommage tout particulièrement l’espace restauration qui n’est vraiment pas chaleureux. L’espace bien être est superbe et très grand avec beaucoup de piscines de bains et de saunas et énormément de transats pour se poser et se relaxer.

Sehr schöne Therme. Der Spabereich war hervorragend, schön sauber, modern, hell und gut ausgestattet mit Wasser, Tee und Äpfel. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen!!! Leider war mein Zimmer im Altbau("Fürstenbau"), kein schönes Zimmer und langer, kalter Durchgang zur Therme und Spa. Noch wissenswert: in dem Ort gibt es keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Verpflegung nur im Hotel möglich.

War sehr schön. Restaurant eher teuer aber auch gut. Tolle Poollandschaft aber die Kinder waren nicht entspannend. In solch einem schönem Hotel, bei der Klasse, wäre eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer standard.

Das Zimmer /Bett war sehr klein und auf meinen Wunsch, keinen Teppich (Allergiker) zu haben wurde nicht realisiert. Hauseingang war schmutzig. Wellness-Bereich schön. Parkplätze gab es keine mehr und es entstanden Kosten im Parkhaus. Es dauerte sehr lange, bis ich auschecken konnte (Rg.), obwohl dies ein Standard ist. 25 Min. ist hierfür für mich nicht akzeptabel.

Ein tolles Hotel, mit neuen und älteren Zimmern. Alles super sauber, die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück hat eine super Auswahl, es fehlt an nichts. Das 4 Gänge Menü ist sehr hochwertig und kostet 50€, ohne Getränke. Der Pool, sowie der komplette Außenbereich sind sehr gepflegt.

We booked a last minute stay here for 1 night. The hotel and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We dined in the restaurant which we booked upon arrival. The menu was created daily and was interesting. Breakfast was good. The use of the spa was permitted until 6pm the following day which was great. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend if you want to find some time to relax and deflate.
