I always personally greet my guests upon arrival @ the condo (24/7) :) There is never no need to search around for a lock box with a key in it. ***Please note; *** (no local rentals)
Apartment 3-E is on the 3rd level of this 1930's building. As it is an older building there are stairs involved in getting to listing, and there is no elevator.

This condo sits between Historical Oakleigh Garden District & the Historical Dauphin Way District. The Condo was built in the early 1900's & features....

Studio Condo across the street, you will find Weinackers FAMOUS 1882 Shopping Center Ft Winn Dixie, StarBucks, Papa John's, $ Tree, & if you'd like to walk, just walk down Gov St to the famous Callahan's Pub on Marine St @ Gov St
