Lovely staff and convenient for bus station
Stayed one night between travelling from the bus station. Really lovely staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Not much in the local area aside from the station.
Очень уютный чистейший номер с удобной кроватью. Отдельно отмечу наличие сушилки для одежды - большая редкость в Таиланде. Куча всяческих шкафов и запирающихся ящиков. Балкон. В пешей доступности автовокзал и огромный торговый центр Central Festival.

Ideal for catching a bus at the East Bus Terminal
The hotel is at 5mn by foot to the East Bus Terminal, very convenient for those who want to go to Chiang Rai or Golden Triangle. No-frills, but clean, rather spacious and comfortable room. There is a free service of instant coffee in the lobby. As the hotel's sign is not big, it's better to have the phone number and exact address at hand, otherwise taxi/songthaew drivers could have difficulty finding it.

Modern rooms, clean, comfortable and close to the bus station. Not close to central chiang Mai city area. Had some problem with booking/payment through Expedia and staff request for payment again, took a while for them to sort it out. Suggest not to make payment through Expedia. Pay cash at the hotel will also get a better price.

Cheap hotel that offers the basics
Cheap guest-home style hotel that you can use for sleeping and bathing and little else. Slightly far from many locations, but there are generally lots of tuk tuks and songtaews that pass during the day. It may cost more to get back though as it is further than most places. I walked from the hotel to town which is easily 30+ minutes.
Rooms are clean for most part, bathroom is basic style and would not recommend flushing toilet paper just in case. Not sure if they provide more towels/water than what you are given at check in, as they never gave more water or towels.
Room is cozy and can cool down quick with a/c if you need it. Beds are lacking in warm blankets however.
Would recommend if all you need is a cheap place to stay.
