I was not happy about the charges of the toothbrush and toothpaste that i did not know that they were not included in the room. I had booked a deluxe room which was not very cheap, however basic necessity like toothbrush and toothpaste were not included. The worst thing was, nobody told me they were not included when i asked for it at the reception, but the staff still gave me the toothbrush and paste, and then deducted my money from the deposit. When checking out, i talked to the manger that it was unreasonable, then she said, 'if you don't pay, i call police.'

The hotel is quit without a lot of movement. The rooms are clean and very good. The swimming pool is great . Breakfast is on the low side of average but enough. The hotel is running with a limited staff and the reception staff are very slow in check in and mainly at checkout . Cleaning of the room til 4 PM . The free internet is very slow and you have to request a password every 3 days . I have an AIS sim and pay 150 Bhat for 5 GB a week. The hotel location is great near to big c in one side and beach road on the other side with many places to drink and eat.

It's really unfortunate that unqualified staff in handling such nice hotel. Being not greeted at checkin and staff constantly unprepared to any request made the stay really unpleasent despite the nice hotel.

We booked a room with two adults. Upon checking in, we were asked for only one passport to check in. Next day when going to breakfast, we were told that we had to pay for the second guest as she was not registered during check in. After a prolonged argument with the front staff, the manager who is supposed to remedy the situation only made it worse by raising her voice and insisting that the second guest be charged despite the fact that it wasn't our fault that they did not request for that information at time of check in. The argument prolonged even after the fact that we showed them our booking printout that clearly stated that we had booked the room for TWO adults. A very very nasty experience for us. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY TRAVELER OF ANY REASON.
