Highly Disappointed

This was by far one of the worst stays we've had in a very long time. My family and I travel to the Flathead area quite often. We thought we'd give Cedar Creek Lodge a try. BIG mistake. From the moment I walked in, I knew I should have asked for a refund and booked somewhere else. Check-in was awful, the Front Desk Agent was cold and not welcoming. The breakfast attendant was extremely rude, I just wanted to grab some juice and it felt like it was a huge inconvenience for her. I grabbed coffee on my way back to the room, because there aren't coffee pots in the rooms?! My creamer expired on January 24th, we stayed on February 13th and 14th. Pretty gross. When I brought it to the Front Desk's attention, she just said, "Oh". They weren't fully booked and they put us in a room with a view of the overhang that was COVERED in bird poop. Extremely disappointed with this hotel and stay!!

Customer Service

Customer service was not very friendly to my wife at the front desk. When asking for coffee she rolled her eyes and huffed when y wife asked for coffee. Both days we was there.

Well first of all my room smelled like somebody stinky feet the window only opens up 2 in so there was a fire in the place in the hallway how am I going to get out I didn't like that the fan in the bathroom didn't work the shower mat was a slippery as a tub I almost fell and broke my neck I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The overall stay was very pleasing. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Location of the hotel is in a nice and quiet area, close to the park entrance and drive to Kalispell or Whitefish. Will stay again :)

Great choice

Located right in the heart of Columbia Falls, making it easy to get around. Very clean and updated, every person I interacted with was extremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

From the time we checked in to checking out, the staff was attentive and very pleasant. Breakfast was yummy! The beds were really comfy. Would love to return! P.s. in covid time, breakfast was served to us. Be sure to tip the kitchen staff. They work so hard!!

We were greeted by Karen when we arrived for check in. Karen was FANTASTIC! She was very knowledgeable about the area. We asked a lot of questions (sorry, Karen! Haha) but Karen answered all of our questions without getting frustrated. The things she didn’t know off the top of her head, she quickly googled an answer for us. Several of the hotel amenities were unavailable but that was not an issue for us. After all, we were traveling during COVID times. The ladies at breakfast were friendly and served our food quickly with a smile! Great hotel, will definitely stay here again!
