I stayed at the Ibis for one night and was disappointed by the quality of the room given the price I was paying. No double bed and the lighting was also terrible in the room I was in and very dim. Some amenities weren't working properly.
The night shift reception lady gave me 1st floor room. Very nosy in the early morning. I can’t sleep well.

Lovely clean spacious room. Easy access to Elizabeth line to Central London. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Nice hotel for sure (I stayed there once before years ago) but sadly the service let me down this time. Due to medical reasons that I am unable to detail here, I missed the flight that would have got me to London for this booking. I called and messaged the hotel 4 days in advance to let them know and ask if they could offer me a different date (I informed them it was a non-flexible booking).
They kept me waiting until the following week for a decision, and only then got back to me after I followed up. Finally I got an email just telling me flatly there was nothing they could do, meaning I had to book a new hotel for when I got back.
It saddens me that Accor chose to profit from my misfortune on this occasion by taking my money while providing nothing in return.

We stayed while catching a few shows in the west end. It was very clean, the rooms were large and really comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to make the stay stress-free.
