Houve troca do hotel e só nos avisaram no checkin!

Em geral a estadia foi muito boa! Mas houve um contratempo por parte do hotel pq reservamos o marina hotel de frente o lago e só na hora de fazer o chechin nos avisaram que houve mudança do hotel para um hotel da mesma rede no centro. Tivemos que deslocar 14 km até chegar no hotel. Poderiam ter avisado com antecedência a troca de hotel!

Estadia razoável.

A estadia foi bem razoável. Não sou muito de criticar limpeza ou variedades no café da manhã, mas desta fez me incomodou bastante. O apartamento com aspecto que de foi limpo há meses. Para todos dos cantos tinham teias de aranhas e pequenos insetos, muito empoeirado e as fronhas com mal cheiro de "uso". Fui informada que o restaurante estava fechado há alguns meses e havia aberto novamente pouco antes do feriado do carnaval. Muita mosca em cima dos pães e frutas, alguns biscoitos e pães estavam duros. Enfim, acho que pela estrutura, poderiam melhorar estes pontos. Sobre o atendimento, nada a reclamar. Fomos muito bem atendidos em todos os momentos.

Água fria nas piscinas, bolo estragado no café da manhã, pão seco, comprei a hospedagem com acesso ao parque aquático Náutico, que fica ao lado do apto, quando cheguei lá trocaram para um outro parque aquático a 20 minutos de carro

A acomodação é agradável, pudemos apreciar a natureza, especialmente araras e outros pássaros, e até uns miquinhos!! Mas fiquei decepcionada no check-in: fiz reserva pra dois quartos, pois viajávamos com amigos, e ficamos em blocos separados; solicitei pra mudar, mas a resposta foi que teria que esperar que outro apartamento fosse limpo, o que pareceu ser um dificultador. também me surpreendeu o café da manhã no sistema "à la carte" (na sexta), Foi bem servido, mas poderiam mencionar na reserva tais condições. E a piscina. onde tem o playground, não era aquecida, e a água estava muito fria... não deu pra aproveitar essa estrutura!

Amei minha viagem. Apartamento bem organizado, limpo, com opções de roupa de cama, toalha, sabonetes, segurança. Recepção e toda a equipe de trabalho atenciosos e educados. Programação de mês de Junho maravilhoso e bem organizado. Volto nesse lugar com certeza. Transporte até a lagoa quente, excelente: microonibus muito bom com motorista atencioso, com cumprimento de horários.

Não voltaríamos! Quarto precisa de manutenção, banheiro com mofo. Roupas de cama velhas e rasgadas. Somente uma piscina aquecida, e mesmo assim temperatura baixa. Caldas Novas pede água quente! Essa é a fama do lugar! Fechamos pensão completa, mas a alimentação ficou a desejar. Ponto positivo: a vista para o lago! Se quer sossego averiguar programação do Náutico que fica ao lado. Teve festa duas noites “Jef Party” e o som estava insuportável! (17h-2h).
