The small things that make a huge difference
This hotel is a missed train; while the potential is all there, the management seems not to care at all about the little big details.
Housekeeping department covers all smells with huge amounts of cheap smelling odorants. The bathroom sink was clogged and never got fixed until my departure three days later. and neither did the safe box. The carpet wasn't actually clean and the room did not have a DND sign. I locked my door and the housekeeping knocked on my door for more than 10 minutes until I woke up. The hotel has no ice machine. The towels were dirty and the tv channel choices were really poor. The breakfast was poor and the hotel did not have coffee to go cups so I could take my coffee with me.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, but they need to step it up. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you find a great discount on the rooms.

Cosy hotel close to the beach.
You get a beach chaise-longue voucher from the hotel for your stay which is carefree and helps you enjoy a relaxing holiday! Me and my mum we had breakfast and lunch for 5 days during our stay and the food was excellent (fresh, good variety of products). Staff very helpful and the saloon chief (Mr. Iancu) managed to open the kitchen earlier than scheduled so that we could have a proper nice lunch before our departure. Thank you for a nice holiday that I will always remember!

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel.
Our room was very spacious, and although if faced the swimming pool, noise was not an issue.
Everything was very clean, new appliances in the bathroom.
The hotel hosted a baptism party on Saturday night, but the noise and loud music did not travel up to our room.
Staff are very friendly, and eager to make you feel welcome to their small hotel.
Breakfast was basic, but there are so many options around, that it does not matter, unless you are a fussy eater.

Comfy but lack of a decent view for a 4*
The hotel is comfy by itself but the lack of a nice window view gives you the feeling like you are in a wear house
