It was a wonderful stay at the Up Hotel! This place is nicely located, very close to the beach but at the same time in a quieter street. The breakfast had a great variety of food and very nicely presented. People who work there are great and especially I want to thank Olga and the gentleman who works during nights for making this place even more welcoming!

Clean spacious modern room in excellent location. Breakfast is fantastic! Free water and mini bar.

Only a one night stay. Convenient from #11 bus. Clean, nice staff, fantastic breakfast!

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Bright, modern, comfortable, great staff. Located within walking distance of good restaurants. Breakfast was the best we had during three weeks in Italy. Selection, quality and originality were amazing. Street parking only. Highly recommend the Up Hotel.

Best hotel! Someone had a concept for a great hotel and created this place. The decor was great, thought-provoking. The breakfast was awesome, with the French pastries daintily set upon their little stands and the meats refrigerated from below. The room was delightful and the shower was great...and roomy. We had planned one night and stayed over for two. The staff was nice; when we left they gave us two water bottles and a bag of cookies. Everything was perfece. I would spend a week here next time: Beach and beach community. Other places withing driving distance: San Marino; Ravenna; Bologna; Acona...

Fomos bem recebidos, hotel agradável e limpo, pequeno almoço muito bom, situado numa transversal muito perto da avenida das praias e com acesso á rua com comércio e vários restaurantes,, pessoal muito amável e prestável. Fiz reserva com parqueamento incluído para a mota, mas ao fazer o check-in fui informado que era um extra e tinha de o pagar á parte, no final o mesmo não me foi cobrado mas sim uma taxa municipal? de 4 euros.

Rasenta l'impeccabile! Ambiente, pulizia, colazione, personale. "Dettagli" che fan la differenza, soprattutto se confrontato ad hotel piú stellati e meno curati. Ci torneremo sicuramente, e non solo in occasione del RallyLegend. 👍

Quite a unique and modern lifestyle hotel which is not a typical Italian hotel at all. Located between Rimini and Riccione we especially liked the outstanding breakfast, however some more fresh fruits could be added, and the designer interior which you can find all over this small hotel. Situated just a few minutes from the beach and the very friendly and helpful staff made our stay to an unforgettable experience. Thank you guys, thumbs UP!
