Hotels.com didnt provide check-in QR code or hotel reference so we couldn’t check in using the kiosks. Had to get help from a staff member that also had difficulty finding our reservation. We were able to get in after 20mins of trying to figure out. Location-wise it worked pretty well for our overnight lay over.

Some dinning place around the hotel but they are approximately 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Not bad if it is a day time. A bit quiet if walking to the hotel alone. The closest Tube station, Turnham Green station, does not have a lift nor escalator. It is a bit inconvenient if you carry big/heavy luggage.

Mi hijo vomitó en la moqueta y colchas de las camas y tardaron 2 días en venir a limpiarlo, a pesar de haber avisado en reiteradas ocasiones, pues era por la noche y nos dijeron que no había nadie de limpieza y solo nos trajeron toallas para poner encima del vomitado y nos cambiaron las colchas y nos dijeron que ya por la mañana lo limpiarían, cosa que no sucedió. La limpieza de las habitaciones nefasta. Además, la ventana no se puede abrir para ventilar la habitación.

The property is close to tube station if you’re travelling into the city . Terrible customer service . The tv was not working and we asked for new batteries but the staff declined saying ‘’ we don’t have any and will send someone to fix it’’ No one came . When checking in we pressed the buzzer for assistance , the male staff comes out and says ‘yes’. No hello or how can I help you . Terrible experience

We love this hotel chain. They are clean, comfortable, and offer quite a nice kitchen. And the rooms are quite nice, except for one thing - the shower felt UNSAFE to me and my husband as well. The bathtub is about 25% taller than any bathtub I've ever seen. As an older woman with some mobility challenges, I was terrified of this set-up. There were some grab bars, but the shower floor was also quite slippery. I had to have my husband assist me to get safely in and out. Since a lot of your clientele are older folks, you should look into replacing these tubs with something safer. But other than that, it was a good stay.
