Turks Head Inne

Great atmosphere/restaurant staff very accommodating and great place to sit down to have very quiet Dinner.

The Turks Head Inne is the oldest hotel on Grand Turk Island. The innkeepers, Lori & Hughston, have modernized the entire facility, making it a perfect boutique hotel. They were friendly, often visiting with us, and able to accommodate our every request. The rooms were in pristine condition, the breakfasts were "full English," and dinners in the restaurant were delicious and the service staff wonderfully efficient. We celebrated our anniversary in the inn and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer than one week.

I would have rated this property a five star but the box spring bed in room #6 where we’ve stayed for 7 nights need updating. Strong WiFi. Coffee and spresso available at the guests room. Complimentary breakfast included. The beach is less than 500 meters from the Inne. Walking distance to the very small and quiet town proper (unless there’s cruise ships berthed on the island). Beautiful sunset by Front Street. Lori, the Inne manager is super nice and friendly. January to April is peak season. Reserve your stay in advance as it is very difficult to get one in a short notice. I will stay again in Turks Head Inne.

Great historic building. If you want your own nearly private beach there are lots of access across the street. If you have never been to Grand Turk it is a much less populated island than the others with all the resorts. Maybe when cruise ships arrive it gets a little busier. On site bar and restaurant was a great way to enjoy the evening. Lori (owner/operator) is super helpful and makes sure all her guests are well taken care of.

The property experienced some water issues while we were there. In addition we had no hot water for the duration of our stay. Other than that, the property was clean and it met our expectations.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait que ce soit plus une auberge qu’un hôtel. Il n’y a pas de réception, mais Lori, la propriétaire, est toujours disponible au besoin.
