I had a great stay here. The staff were professional and friendly making my visit comfortable. The hotel is close to the main restaurant area so it was easy to find places to eat nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the natural hot spring baths including the outdoor bath and sauna. It was very relaxing. One thing I noticed is that the bathroom floor is about 6 inches higher than the main room floor. This step might be difficult for some guests to navigate. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

いつも利用させて頂いてます 今回は朝食付きを頼みました 館内が少し空調暑かったです。 風呂は温泉でいつも良いです。 強いて言えば大学の合宿（陸上競技）で風呂場が凄い混雑していてゆっくり出来ませんでした。 朝食時大混雑で全然前に進まないし、お刺身コーナーも品切れで追加が遅く残念でした、、、。 お刺身コーナーはトングじゃなく箸で取った方がいいと思います（箸も置いてください）トングが小さすぎて取りずらい。 蟹汁もカセットボンベが切れていて冷製スープになってました笑 次に期待したいと思います
