this hotel has an elevator to get to the rooms (good thing) but in case of an emergency or elevator breakdown you have to hit the stairs but you can not get back into the hotel because to get into the rooms you have to use the elevators also the room cleaning personnel although very efficient and polite do not clean the rooms until late during the day

it was really calm, in a shopping district you can get by walking

Great confort and cleaner

Good place to stay however you can tell that time/use is starting to take effect, I've been staying here over the years. Prices are reasonable and you do get what you paid for. Been staying at this hotel over the years and quality of the rooms has been on the decline especially since room bathroom(s) are in need of attention. ROOM BATHROOM - Towel rack that is mounted on the bathroom sinks has been coming loose on all of the sinks in all of the different rooms I have been staying at (stayed in three different rooms/occasions in 2019). Towel hangers are either loose or disappeared. AC has always been on its own and can't really control from the T-Stat in the room until you call room service to have the units looked at. ELEVATOR WAITING AREA AND ROOM HALLWAYS - Biggest complaint is that the staff mops the floors with a dingy smelling mop that does not seem to get cleaned/replaced. The staff uses some type of deodorizer to try to conceal the odor, however you can still smell it as soon as you walk out of the elevator doors. Although I've complained about this smell to reception, it seems to be in vain as this has continued throughout. ELEVATOR ISSUES - This last stay only one of two elevators was working. So trying to get in/out was always taking time. Access to your floors with the rooms always required to use the key card in order to be able to go up, now it is NOT working. They do have a security guard on the entrance level there though.
