Unimpressed

During my stay I was in the 2nd building and the hall often smelled of marijuana. The entrance doors that were supposed to need a card to access were often propped open when I returned to the hotel in the evening which was concerning. At one point the lock to my room malfunctioned and maintenance replaced the battery, making me narrowly miss an important meeting. Once replaced, my door would not lock automatically - luckily I was checking out the next morning and was able to lock it from the inside. In addition the shower took a really long time to get any hot water and then sounded like the pipes would burst when in use. Overall, I was unimpressed with this stay especially as the added “incidental” hold on my card was $150 per night.

Pictures are deceiving

Due to covid no valet. Balconies are not spacious but just a big window that opens.pictures are deceiving.

Good Location and that's about it

Average hotel in a good location. Room is like a matchbox, dirty, and in dire need of a refurbishment. Internet is AWFUL throughout the hotel. They don't offer you anything extra but charge you a $40 resort fee per day for nothing. I addressed my concern about the internet with the manager and she basically told me "not my problem" (rude). Room was dirty, old food under the bed etc. The shower door doesn't even open all the way because the bathroom is so small the door hits the toilet. Decent bar and pool area. Hallway carpet ripped and tattered and baseboards scuffed. Place is not it great shape. The girl that checked me in was a sweetheart but the manager was a jerk. They also erroneously charged my card for items that the previous guest took from the mini bar (LOL!). Real great operation they've got here (sarcasm on high). WILL NOT stay here again under any circumstance.

Don’t stay here stars don’t always tell the truth

Read carefully with the policy. The hold 600$ for security and will give any bogus reasoning as to why they shouldn’t refund it back to you. The room was not fully cleaned stains on towels sheets shower Curtain the room so tiny no room to store anything the room I booked should have came with a balcony but it did not just a tiny walk way one person could fit at a time the smell in the room was horrible the first day smelt like sea water the floors were wet when we entered the room. They only give you one towel and give problems if u ever ask for more towels. The batteries for the remote never worked I was very disappointed with my stay I went by the stars and reviews and cleanliness of the hotel which was all a lie our friends stayed at the hotel sixty 80 cheaper but they got way more for there a buck a great balcony living space storage space hotel was so clean and they had a starbucks downstairs this was my second choice of a hotel and I wish I never stayed at the Plymouth but besides that my trip was great !!!!!

Nice Hotel. Would Stay Again. $30 to park

Great hotel on South Beach. Very friendly staff. Free breakfast was good - was at a local restaurant a very short walk down the street. Close to the beach - a short walk. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Close to lots of restaurants. Pool closes too early like about 6pm I think so we couldn't use it (that's a legit gripe - they need to fix that). Only bad thing was parking - it was in a private pay parking structure a short walk away and cost $30 per night. But, I knew that going in so can't complain I guess. We would stay again, which ultimately is the bottom line.

It's a small luxury hotel. Nice and clean but what I didn't like is the service. Customer service is very bad. You call from the room to ask for something most of the time the phone rings and nobody answers. But if you're lucky and they answer wait for a long time to get what you need.

Loved the property! Beautiful rooms with an amazing view, so close to the beach and Main Street (good party vibes). Great food at blue ribbon and orange blossom. Only thing that bothered me was you would have to request room service, they didn’t have any coffees or creams or anything for the coffee machine in the room and the bartender made terrible drinks. Other than that we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!
