There was a surbooking on the room we booked, so when we arrived they gave us a room that didn't fit the description. When we asked, they tried to downgrade us by showing us a standard room (we actually paid extra to have a balcony) so when we told the staff, they finally upgrade us to the suite which was nice but having to complain wasn't...
And there has been a mess up at the restaurant when we tried to pay by card. To make things short, we've been charged twice for our dinner, once by card, once by cash... The restaurant's manager did his best the next morning to see what's going on with the banks... took hours...
And breakfast wasn't bad but kind of poor...
Inexperienced staff but very friendly.
