My stay at The Face Suites in KL was fantastic and truly exceeded expectations. This hotel-apartment hybrid offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and an unbeatable city view. The standout feature for me was definitely the rooftop infinity pool – it offers a breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. Whether during the day or lit up at night, it’s absolutely stunning and one of the most iconic views you can experience in KL.

The room i got was very nice although there was little to any hot water, for all you military guys without a passport this is definitely not the hotel for you as they will not under any circumstances let you check in without one. Great stay. Lobby and elevators get quite busy. Especially in the evenings. The pool got busy too due to the sister hotel having maintenance in their pool. Wifi is quite spotty but overall a great hotel. Love the gym and pool

Right after checking in, I found bugs in the room. It was disgusting. I immediately informed the staff, but they didn’t offer any help, no apology, and acted completely uninterested. That alone should’ve been enough to leave. On top of that, the hotel is confusing — they don’t explain anything, not even how to get to your room. Not all elevators go to every floor, and no one bothered to mention that, so I wasted time trying to figure it out on my own. The service overall was rude and careless, and the cleanliness was clearly not a priority. I’m really disappointed and can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

This was an excellent choice from the moment we made the booking. The rooms were big and very clean. The other facilities including the rooftop bar and pool were a delight. The staff was very friendly and whenever we needed something they were a phone call away. Lots of attractions, malls, and other points of interest within walking distance. Will be back soon. One of the nicest places I ever stayed. We had a huge 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen . Very spacious, excellent shower and fast internet . Helpful concierge . We came to KL for 5 days stayed for 10. Beautiful infinity pool on the 51st floor. Easy walk to Petronas Towers and KLCC Park. Short walk to metro and monorail . Highly recommend !
