I liked the nice big room, breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Being right across from the train station was perfect given our one night stop over and the rain. I would request a room not on the front of the building as it was noisy,( people talking, trains.) and without air conditioning we needed to keep the window open. Bathroom was large with a double sink. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was excellent. We requested an early check-in and were granted it, which was nice after a long international flight. The hotel is directly across the street from the main train station. Plenty of dining/shopping around the hotel. Easy walk into the center of town. The breakfast buffet was very large and a great assortment of various foods. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was spacious by European standards.

This hotel is right across the street from the Munich Central Train Station; therefore, the location was superb! It is an older facility so we understand the challenges. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection. For a quick stay - this hotel met our needs.

Located directly across the street from the train station . i went out the wrong side of the train station,twice.i get lost easily,though.don't go out the wrong side.i' was born in munich area.the only thing was ,i wish they had a tea kettle in the room... .i did alot of day trips from there..

Well locate, opposite the main train station, easy accessible to many services include visiting a doctor when needed. The room was clean, the breakfast was well spread. Just one thing, the after flush of the toilet was not closed properly after every flush, precious water is wasted.

we stay this hotel 4 nights. They have good breakfast, clean room, good location and very good customer service. Especially the front desk Bernhard give us lots help. We have one week travel to other country, he help us storage two luggage in the hotel and put back our room when we came back. Breakfast server Karima is very helpful too. Every staff have been very friendly to us. We will stay this hotel when we travel to Munich next time. Thanks everyone
