The manager was very nice and accommodating, I had an extra person with me and it was a very last-minute change but the manager was kind and understanding about it. The motel looks dated from the outside but it is clean and comfortable. The pictures online are old because the rooms are much newer and renovated. I would recommend this motel if you are looking to stay in town.

Good people and the room was clean. Provided us with extra towels and blankets. In a city like Chatham we expected it to be a little dated and old fashioned but they have done some renovations like the wooden floors. Overall, this motel was very good for the cost

booked the room for 2 people but had a last-minute change of plan, a friend tag along. The manager was so nice and accommodating. Provided us with extra towels and blankets and did not charge extra. the Room is dated but very clean and with new sheets and equipment. The area is quite and calm. Felt safe to walk around. overall the service was nice and I would recommend it. I have gone back to them since my stay and I will most likely go stay with them again if I am in town.

Good Location, Good Price, Nice staff and Cleanroom. I could tell that they had sanitized everything which was good to know. The owner is very welcoming, definitely worth the stay, especially with the budget-friendly price.

Pleasant enough.

As a lower priced accommodation we understand that the owners get frustrated with the abuse to the rooms enacted by some guests who either don't care or really feel they want "their money's worth". My room was clean and a non smoking one whos last occupants smoked up a storm in. I had worked as a housekeeper so I have no qualms with helping to tidy my room and add finishing touches. The owners gave me a better deal due to this as we are occupying the room until our apt is ready. The grounds are clean and the motel is older but pleasant looking. I am not unhappy here. Just had to clean up after myself more than just relying on maidservice. Staff is friendly and available. Many of the guests may be long term style especially with the increase of newcomers to Canada. They asked me not to smoke in the room and that is more than fine by me.

Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

Owner and his wife are amazing! Very accommodating and friendly. They make sure their guests are taken care of and comfortable. We have stayed there on many occasions and have enjoyed every stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and spacious. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.
