The service was poor, and facilities differed from advertise. The room had multiple broken items such as the shower lever, desk leg, tilted/stained chair. Bathroom door did not close, room entrance door was missing the strike plate and did not seem to close properly. A roach was found in the kitchenette counter, closet was dirty, room window did not block any sound. The loud noises from the street could be heard in the room and bathroom. No personal in the front desk, when calling no one answered and had to wait until they decided to return the call. Would not classify as hotel, since it felt more like a dingy motel or hostel. We slept the first night and left early next morning, we could not stay there anymore, did not feel safe. The only elevator was broken and looked ancient, like the hunchback of Notre Dame had to pull it up. The area around the hotel was full of homeless people and felt very unsafe, which fit the ambiance in the hotel. The only reason to stay there is to not sleep outdoors.
