Atlantis Beach Hotel

After a slight hiccup with the room , although it was facing the sea it was also facing a busy road we were quickly moved to another room away from the main hotel which was much better . All the staff were extremely polite and friendly a special mention to the man behind the desk who spoke excellent English for his help and restaurant recommendations the bell boy who helped with the luggage and Angelic the restaurant manageress . The hotel was very clean and the sun beds were the best. Supermarket was next door and the Old Town was about 15 mins walk along the sea front The private beach was certainly not the prettiest I have seen but had plenty of free sun beds with the staff getting you drinks etc from the hotel. We had a great holiday and hopefully will be back. Thank you to the manager who changed our room.

Hôtel bien loin du 5 étoiles, les chambres sont vieillissantes et on besoin d’être rénovées, odeur de moisissures dans la salle de bain... Le ménage journalière laisse à désirer. Bonne literie. Plage de ville, la moins jolie que nous avons vu en Crète. L’hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville. Personnel disponible être agréable. Petit déjeuner très bien

Hôtel propre et très bien situé géographiquement pour visiter plages du sud : Preveli, Matala,... À côté de Rethymno qui est bien animée. Personnel très sympathique et petit-déjeuner varié.
