Great hotel in the centre of the island in an ancient rural house. Sorrounded by nature. Convenient to reach every point of Mallorca by car. With two fantastic owners (husband and wife) from Berlin. Very nice and efficient. Really recommended!

Hotel ohne wenn und aber...

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit viel Herz und Freundlichkeit verbracht. Die Ankunft war schon sehr warmherzig als ob man sich Jahre kennt. Da wir nach einer langen Anreise noch etwas Hunger hatten gab es Nachts noch kurzerhand einen Mitternachtssnack vom Chef selbst zubereitet. Der Hausherr ist gleichzeitig auch ein fabelhafter Koch der zum Abendessen keine Wünsche offen ließ. Wir haben es sehr genossen.Das Hotel ist sehr idyllisch gelegen in der Mitte Mallorcas und es sind nach allen Seiten kaum mehr als eine Stunde Fahrtzeit nötig.Das Hotelgelände ist sehr groß und total ruhig gelegen. Unser 10jähriger Sohn hat schnell Freundschaft mit dem Hund der Familie geschlossen und viel Zeit damit verbracht mit Ihm zu spielen und zu knuddeln. Außerdem durfte er mit dem Chef höchstpersönlich kochen und so manchen Kniff dazulernen. Da es noch sehr früh im Jahr war konnten wir die Poolanlage noch nicht nutzen. Die Hausherrin hatte immer alles unter Kontrolle und sich liebevoll ums Frühstück und die Deko gekümmert. Insgesamt gab es nichts zu bemängeln und wir kommen garantiert wieder allein damit unser Sohn seinen geliebten Ramon (Hund ) wiedersieht. Wir wünschen Euch Karsten und Simone eine tolle Saison und weitere viele zufriedene Gäste so wie wir die Eure Gastfreundschaft erleben und spüren durften. Comfortable hotel with a pool

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights on my birthday trip to Mallorca and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. It's a family run hotel with super-friendly and accommodating owners and staff, delicious buffet breakfast and a pool in the garden complete with sunbeds. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing, but it's also a 30 mins drive from Palma so easy to get to the city for lunch/dinner or some shopping. I didn't say it was my birthday weekend however when we got back to the hotel on the day, a birthday message (in my own language) and champagne in the fridge was waiting for me in the room. The nicest surprise ever! Thanks again! I also have to mention Ramon, the owners' dog, we miss him!

We have spent a great time at the hotel. We would like to thank Attila for taking care of us every morning and advising us to visit beautiful places we would never have discovered alone. The room was really big, comfortable, quite and with a huge terrace with an amazing view on the pool.

Erholsamer Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus

Sehr schönes Landhotel / Finca, in etwa in der Inselmitte gelegen. Von dort aus kann man sehr gut alle Unternehmungen starten, sei es in die Berge oder zu irgendeinem Strand fahren. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr gut, schöne, ruhige und geräumige Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, große Gartenanlage mit großer Liegewiese am Pool. Da das Hotel nur über 14 Zimmer verfügt gibt es dort keine Menschenmassen oder Warteschlangen und der Pool wird zum Privat-Pool. Tolles und üppiges Frühstück und wenn man mag auch Mittag- und Abendessen mit Markt-frischen Zutaten vom Hotelchef vorzüglich zubereitet. Morgens beim Frühstück kann man sich zu den betreffenden Mahlzeiten jeweils für den aktuellen Tag anmelden. Zum Abendessen wird ein 3-gängiges Menü angeboten, man kann aber auch nur den Hauptgang oder eine Tapas-Platte haben, ganz nach Belieben. Die Finca ist vom Flughafen aus in ca. 35 Minuten gut zu erreichen und die Zufahrt an der Hauptstraße nach Sineu ist beschildert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schöne Tage im Hotel Rural

Mitten auf der Insel liegt das Hotel Rural Son Xotano in verkehrsgünstiger, aber ruhiger Lage. Ehemals das Anwesen des größten Bauern und Arbeitgebers, wird das Hotel heute von einem deutschen Ehepaar als komfortabler Übernachtungsbetrieb mit Frühstück - Mittagssnacks und Abendmenu nach Reservierung - und umfangreichen Zusatzangeboten geführt. Mit wenigen behutsamen Eingriffen in die vorhandene Natur und einer Anpassung an heutige Komfortansprüche ist ein großzügiges und erholsames Refugium geschaffen worden, das Alt und Neu gut miteinander verbindet und dabei eine besondere Atmosphäre schafft. Dazu tragen auch die Informationen und Empfehlungen für die Urlaubsgestaltung bei, die Inhaber und Mitarbeiter gerne teilen.

Kleinod in der Abgeschiedenheit

Um dem Lärm der Großstadt und dem Streß des Alltags zu entfliehen haben wir nach einem kleinen Hotel an einem ruhigen Fleckchen Erde gesucht und mit dem Hotel Son Xotano einen Volltreffer gelandet. In familiärer Führung handelt es sich um eine schön erhaltene Finca komplett ohne Trubel. Ein Mietwagen ist dringend zu empfehlen um von hieraus die wunderschöne Insel zu erkunden. Viel Spaß!!!

lovely relax.

This is a very rural hotel. A large country house it has great character. Our room was large and en suite recently revamped bathroom. An effective aircon but no double glazing. A shame that our side of the house was on the flight path. However we soon lost the background noise. The room we had was seven by a large private patio. The closest to feeling you owned a large villa I think you will find. Plenty grassed areas arround pool no shortage lovely sun beds. They supply huge pool towels as well. The breakfast is well presented and plentiful in choice and variety.

det virkede som om jeg havnede i Lille Tyskland. Tysk personale og tysk ejede. Jeg har aldrig følt mig så uvelkommen på et hotel, som om jeg var til besvær. Der var ikke den store service, ej heller til det omkringliggende, der var alle svar "det ved jeg ikke". morgenmaden kunne først indtages kl.8.30, før dette var det ikke muligt at få en kop kaffe. Da jeg afrejste og blev hentet 07.15 - kom køkkenpersonalet, men heller ikke her blev jeg tilbudt en kop kaffe.

Tolles Finca Hotel mit Stil

Wir waren mit dem Hotel, der Ausstattung und der Freundlichkeit mehr als zufrieden. Sehr erholsame Tage in einem sehr zu empfehlendem Hotel!! Einzig im Gastronomiebereich entsprach das Hotel nur bedingt unseren Erwartungen. Es gab kein 3 Gänge Menue wie beschrieben und dennoch war das Abendessen hochpreisig. Ein tolles Frühstück, aber mit wenig landestypischen Speisen erwartete und jeden Morgen.

Ohne Fluglärm wäre es schön

Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen! Das Hotelteam ist freundlich und bemüht - mehr aber nicht. In unserem Zimmer ( Double Room, Terrace ) ließen sich die Tür und die Schubläden ( Alter Kleiderschrank ) nur mit Mühe öffnen und schließen! Hingegen war die Terrasse sehr groß. Das Doppelbett war ok! Das Frühstück war auch reichhaltig und vielfältig - allerdings gab es um 9 Uhr manchmal noch keine Eierspeisen, oder sie waren schon kalt! Am ersten Abend hatten wir uns zum Abendessen angemeldet. Man bot uns Spaghetti mit Gambas an - das wollten wir dann doch nicht! Alternativ bestellten wir Gambas mit Brot, Oliven und Allioli ... Wir bekamen die typischen kleinen geschälten Gambas in Knoblauch-Kräuteröl in Tonschalen. Geschmacklich ok aber die Portionen waren viel zu groß - wir haben nicht einmal 1/3 geschafft! Auf der Rechnung erschienen dann "Scampis a la plancha" für 49,90 Euro!!! So geht das nicht, denn für das, was man uns serviert hat, zahlt man normalerweise 10 Euro pro Person!!! Die Preise für andere Getränke und Speisen waren angemessen. Mit all den Mängeln könnte man sich ja trotzdem in der ländlichen Umgebung wohlfühlen - wenn nicht ständig Flugzeuge im Anflug oder Abflug ( je nach Wetterlage ) mehr oder weniger direkt über das Hotel fliegen würden! Eigentlich hatten wir geplant ( von den Bildern und Bewertungen ausgehend ), auch mal einen Tag im Hotel am Pool zu entspannen - aber das war uns nicht möglich! Wir haben jeden Tag Ausflüge gemacht!

Wunderschönes Finca Hotel.... Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, genau das richtige.... Leihwagen ist erforderlich da es in der Mitte der Insel liegt.... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Hotel immerso nel verde

Una vacanza bellissima, proprietari e personale sempre disponibili, le stanze sono il massimo del confort, l'hotel è bellissimo ed è al centro dell'isola, quindi è perfetto per visitare tutti i punti di Maiorca, l'hotel è immerso nel verde. Lo consiglio a tutti è un posto magico e ci è dispiaciuto lasciare questi splendidi amici.

Hotel para relajarse y olvidarse de todo

Hemos estado mi pareja y yo una semana en el hotel. Las ventajas? Que los únicos ruidos que escuchas son los aviones (el aeropuerto está a unos 10 km), ovejas, gallos, perros y burros. Se respira aire de campo, de tranquilidad sin estar tan alejado de la ciudad (20 minutos en coche) donde puedes ver cielos estrellados sin contaminación lumínica. Es un sitio para olvidarte de la ciudad y sus ruidos, para perderte y relajarte. Al llegar nos vimos sorprendidos porque el personal que nos recibió NO HABLABA CASTELLANO. Es algo a mejorar claramente

Très bon hôtel à l'écart de l'afflux touristique

Situé au milieu de l'île de Majorque, au bout d'un chemin de campagne, cet hôtel semble être une ancienne propriété agricole reconvertie et en a conservé le cachet. Plutôt destiné à des couples sans enfants, le nombre de vacanciers est restreint (< 30 personnes) ce qui lui confère une atmosphère de convivialité dont ne disposent pas les grands complexes hôteliers. Bien que disposant d'une piscine, cet hôtel ne s'adresse pas aux adorateurs de la plage mais, du fait de sa localisation, il constitue un bon camp de base pour découvrir l'ensemble de l'île. Seul bémol, bien que situé à une trentaine de kilomètres de l'aéroport, il est situé au niveau du couloir aérien d'approche ou d'envol des avions.

great hotel in the centre of the island

A beautiful old farmhouse been converted into a very smart hotel. The German owners are very attentive and keen to speak English when necessary. Breakfast was really good - lots of choice and would definitely recommend staying for dinner. Room was very comfortable, with great views towards the mountains - only downside the shower which wasn't fantastic. Lovely pool and gardens. This is a great place from which to explore the whole of majorca and to have a quiet place to return to. Would definitely recommend.
