8/10 Very good

Room clean and neat for such a classic style facility. Retro type check-in.
Wayne, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Everything was good
Kenny, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

You get what you pay for: Broken windows, Bathroom leaking, Rude staff

Very poor. For the $130 a night I was charged this “hotel” had nothing to justify the price. It was clean and the front desk clerk was friendly.
Stephen, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Property was conviently located from the interstate but was a decent distant from food and grocery. Its a quiet area but the property seemed run down. Room was nice size but parking wasnt the best. When contacting the property the person who answered the phone was ryde

8/10 Very good

Large room, clean, quiet. The door is different to open. The lock needs some work.
Victor, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

This is the same old hotel from 25yrs ago and they haven’t done anything to fix them up opened up the door to enter and bam the old stale smell hit u like a fist the only good thing I noticed was that the water was extremely hot if u wanted that
Chris, 1-night trip

This is a 1 star hotel at best. Still uses the old paper method for checking in. Very unorganized.
Dwayne T., 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Nasty room

There was no staff on sight. Just a sign with a phone number to call. Felt unsafe at night with no one on duty in case of an emergency. There was an iron, but no ironing board. No microwave. Very inconvenient.
Delinda, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Holes al over in the walls. Had to call a number because office was locked to check in. It was less expensive than some parked right in front of our door.
Bobbie, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Hotel is clean but very, very old. Bathroom looks dilapidated and about to fall off. It was clean but did not look like it because of how old it was. Gary, the front desk person, was very helpful though and accomodating. This was a last minute booking for us so if we were able to do some research we probably will not have stayed here.
Melissa, 1-night trip

friendly staff, good value for the money

2/10 Poor

Absolutely one of the worst places I have ever stayed at, I truly would rather sleep in my car than such place. Unfortunately I forced to stay at the place due to no availability anywhere else within 30 miles, but honestly if I knew this place would be this disgusting I would have slept in my car. First of all, the receptionist called someone to confirm booking since they had no active system, room have one physical key no cards or codes just a key. Bathroom with extremely nasty and smelly and water leaking from under the toilet, mold in walls and ceiling plus messing pieces from ceiling. Carpet was very dirty I wouldn’t recommend walking barefooted. Bed didn’t have any covers just a very slim sheet. Hair all over the bed. AC/heating unit was so loud you can barely get enough shuteye of the boot caused by it. Walls are so thin you can everybody’s conversations. TV if it’s working it’s so outdated the picture is barely clear. This place is definitely not worth more than $20 a night and I was charged $109. Honestly, I truly wish harm on nobody but this place needs to be shut down
Mohammed, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

There was limited outlets or USB outlets, shower toilet and fixture was heinous. It was just good for sleeping basically.
Anthony, 1-night trip

The room was just ok. The light bulb in our bathroom was out and we were told it would be replaced in the morning. So a whole evening with no bathroom light.

Very impressed with the room decor and cleanliness. Pleasantly surprised.

Excellent value

Excellent value for money. It's an older building, but that's what makes it possible to keep the price down. Negative reviewers had unrealistic expectations.
Pieter, 1-night trip

Check out suppose to be at 11am, my husband went to get coffee, glad I stayed at motel bc when he got back at 10:45 his key card did not work!
Cathy, 2-night trip

We went to attend a Purdue football game and all the hotels were far more expensive than they deserved to charge. Holiday Inns for $300? All to watch Purdue get creamed (as seems to be the going trend these days.) This hotel was $159 with taxes and fees and I seriously felt as if we were checking into what once was a storage facility. Dumpy and on a normal day if I was forced to stay here I would run or pay no more than $75 per night (and that's being generous) There are no safety latches on the door and while the interior was surprisingly clean (which was no indication from the NO-Tell- HOTEL vibes the exterior set off) I slept surprisingly well. The beds were double yet not altogether uncomfortable. I'd only choose to stay here if it was a last resort or knowing what I know now about it the rates were much less than what they were asking.

It met our needs for a safe, clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay without a lot of extra amenities that we did not need.
