I strongly give an advice for you who want to book this apartment.
Very Very difficult to contact through a phone call. I complained very strongly to Hotels.com.
Even if 2 months earlier I sent a message to confirm check-in and how to check-in, they did not check my message and phone call even on Warsaw that my wife called, they did not answer. I was in the panic when the check-in date is coming. At that time I was traveling with my family that whole peoples were 7.
I can understand that their office is not near the apartment. However, They must answer through the message and phone call ! ! ! !
If you have the plan to book this apartment, I would like to say strongly that AVOID this apartment.
