I loved the interior design of the lobby and dining area - main reason for booking. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and welcoming. We were fortunate enough to get free spa vouchers which we used for a couples massage. The spa facilities were great. Only downside was we didn’t have a shower in our room, we had a bath tub which was a bit awkward to use. Overall experience was good.

The hotel was in a great location . Close to beach and the 3-5 km boardwalk . Hotel had a great covered outdoor seating area where you can just sit and people watch . After more than 3 years of the Covid pandemic, my family and I returned to Da Nang, and we chose Avatar Hotel for our vacation. We were impressed by the hotel's new appearance, with the entire lobby and café in the front made entirely of bamboo. We were welcomed with delicious warm welcome drinks, and the receptionists assisted us in checking in early. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the pho and the fresh fruit juice counter. The restaurant staff were friendly and enthusiastic, remembering the dining preferences of each member of my family. The service at the spa was also excellent, with skilled spa technicians, and complimentary use of the steam room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. There were also many convenient shops, restaurants, and bars around the hotel. Thanks to all the staff at Avatar Hotel Da Nang for giving my family a memorable vacation.
