Very basic Motel, and had we not pre-booked for four nights, we would have walked out. The initial room we were offered, room 22 was of a lesser standard than we had booked, and had a high level window with no view. The second room, room 7 was smaller and dark, and the bathroom smelt of drainage odour. The third room 13 was larger but basic, although it did have a spa bath which we had to clean. One of the curtains was hanging off the track, and the ironing board cover was marked and torn. The lock on the door did not lock and we had to prop a case against the door at night time, and nothing was done about it during our stay. The motel appeared to be manly used by tradesmen. Couldn't wait to vacate motel, and stay a further two nights at the Meadowbrook Hotel further down the road.
