I've been their with my wife and son for a week. It's very good experience. The room was very nice, beautiful and comfy. Have everything more than our need. The bed and futon were clean and good soft. I really want to get one for my home.
And more importantly, all the hotel staff were great, they were willing to help, polite, friendly and done their work perfectly.
The only problem was, it's quite take time to travel from hotel to travel place, as we need to took about 2 times (JR once, then take local train to the hotel). It's OK for me but if you have a lot luggage, it might a little bit difficult. Anyway, the hotel is very close to the train station, and have 2 convenience stores next to the corner.
