Very nice room- spacious, clean, complimentary coffee and microwave popcorn. Check-in was quick. Good location.

This is the only place I stay when I visit my daughter at MSU. Always clean and great staff!!

We always try to stay at this facility when we travel to Lansing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean.

Staff was fantastic, minus the individual who was working the brunch. We were told brunch ended at 9 but food would be available until 9:30. She shut the doors at 9:10. I scrambled to grab portable food for my family. What bothered me most is that there was lot of food left at that point that was most likely thrown away. How does that make sense? My family spent days at the hospital often coming back very late and we looked forward to a good solid breakfast. Big cost for a room if taking that into consideration

It was a perfect location for our MSU visit and it was very clean. And updated.

Had great experience. The only thing I would suggest for improvement was our unit 103 he a loose door and it made noise every time someone else would open a door near our room. Jay

Love this hotel. So clean and comfortable. Nice that they accommodate pets too

The property was very clean. There were two bedrooms and a living space that included a family room, kitchen and dining area. After traveling with our daughter for 7 days, everyone was happy with the extra space.
