Location is excellent.

Really comfortable bed with clean crisp linen every day if you wanted. Right in the heart of the action, tad noisy through windows but we were so tired we slept anyway.

Great location central to everything especially subway. Very little street noise considering it’s in lively Times Square. Elevator broke down a couple of times but of a trek to 6th floor. Helpful staff. Would stay there again.

Definitely not a good choice for business travel. In general the room is pretty drab. Even if spending the day touristing -- it's not a welcoming room or place to return to. It's in Times Square. If you want something off the beaten path -- try another option. Overall I'd have spent a little more money for a better hotel.

We loved the hotel! The location was great and both of the people who worked the front desk were very friendly, helpful and professional. Easy access to everything in Times Square and the theater district. We would definitely stay there again!
