Was comfortable for an overnight stay, although not quite a double bed and the pillows were really odd shapes and not the best in comfort. Clean room, and convenient location. Good parking availability and the bakery next door did good food and coffee! Pleasantly surprised by the town/city centre that had a very nice German pub/restaurant.

Very straight forward hotel. Modern and clean. Great value

Pretty good place for a short stay, not the greatest of view over a petrol station but that's handy. Downside is no breakfast available there. It is a walkable distance to town centre. Supplying fans was a good thing, no A/C available. They could upgrade a bit with complimentary tea coffee and a kettle.

Monchengladbach is a mainly new town, it was very badly damaged in the war so there are not so many old buildings. It was very hot during our stay so the nearby woods were very welcome.

Room was very clean, also quiet small, but sufficient for the occasion of needing a bed to rest. Check in was fast and easy. Interesting concept of using digital door locks that require an access code to be unlocked. I would prefer using my phone or a key card to get into my room. The number pad is inconvenient.

Location is good with free parking space, which is very handy. The hotel is really clean and tidy, lovely hot shower. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only a bit noisy at night from the traffic outside, so those earplugs provided on the side table are necessary and thoughtful.

Excellent, helpful staff, this was an ideal, comfortable stay during our recent trip to Dusseldorf, close to the station. Staff were most accommodating, particularly Asteria who helped beforehand as we had to organise a late check-in due to flight timings, and then our flight was cancelled completely until the following day! Comfortable, immaculately clean rooms with everything we needed for the weekend, we would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again if in the area. Thank you.

This hotel was well priced and clean with a modern bathroom. It is a 5 minute walk to some restaurants and a Mc Donald's. There is a cheap supermarket right next door where we bought fresh croissants for breakfast. It was perfect for the cheap stopover that we were looking for.

Great value. Comfortable room. Excellent WiFi. Main complaints are outside road noise and lack of A/C or a fan ... can be hard to sleep in the peak summer
