A good basic hotel/motel, clean and tidy. Very good for the price - pretty basic though, so not recommended if you want some luxury. No kettle in room, but I used the coffee maker to get hot water. Also the bath plug didn't work in bathroom so I had a shower instead, a minor point but a bit annoying.

Great place to stay, easy to check in and out. The room was great, comparable to 4* or 3* hotel rooms I've stayed in - obviously overall there were a lot less facilities at this location - but I wasn't expecting any. (In the morning I found a great breakfast place about a 3 min drive away - and there were at least 4 other restaurant options I passed on the way). Would I stay here again? YES definitely.

The jetted tub room had red lights , made it feel rather uncomfortable for a family therefore we didn’t use. The carpet was very very dirty, walking on it made our feet black. It did the job for sleep , for our 2 days at the zoo. Staff was very very polite and courteous

The condition of everything in the motel was terrible. The beds were ancient and awful, the buildings were in rough, un-maintained condition, the ice machine was broken, empty, there were bug traps and fly paper in the room, and i suspect they have some full time tenants on the ground floor. I did not use pool, because it didn't look that great.

The building is old and dirty. There are smells in the room like cigarettes but covered in floral air fresheners There is a water problem, either burning hot or freezing cold. They do not clean, we found items from previous people in the rooms, under the bed. The owners don’t speak English very well and it’s difficult to get your point across.

Poor french communication with the lady at the desk, was very difficult to understand.Code for the door was not working. Room #39 please replace the shower faucet it is defective turns water form very hot to very cold no mild temperature. Downstairs my employees were stalked by one men and one women with no theets and got scared when leaving at early morning 5:30 am, it looked like there are some permanent residents in this hotel... Dont go there

Well…where should I start…the hotel is very old, old-smelling, dirty walls full of holes…as we were walking to our room, we walked by the laundry room where all the “clean linen” is hanging but touching the dirty floors. The hotel gives the vibe of a hotel from the 70’s…which could be ok IF it had been renovated and updated at some point! As for our room, which was “suppose” to have been the nicest one…the towels that were hanging in the bathroom were dirty/stained, no holder for toilet paper, and the caulking around the tub was black/moldy. The comforter on the bed was full of stains…the walls were stained/dirty with holes in them, the floor was full of dirt and the patio door didn’t lock. It was horrible! This hotel should not even be advertised on Hotels.com. After checking in and going for supper, we came back to the room and decided to leave this disgusting place…but was not able to get a refund as the deadline for cancellation was already past. We didn’t care…we just had to get out of there. We ended up staying at the Sheraton 25 minutes away and did not regret it at all…was the best decision we ever took!
