NO Door between the room and the toilet.
The reception staff is very friendly and helpful.
There is NO door between the toilet and the room.
The answer from the staff was:
“The hotel in new, we didn’t had time to install it”.
We did a reservation about 2 months in advance.
As you may imagine, this is not very romantic.
No compensation or room change was offered.
There was 1 glass for drinking water, in room intended for 2 people.
The soap dispenser was empty.
We were disturbed by room cleaning in the morning, even we let the staff know our departure time.
Seems like management doesn’t care, rather letting the employees deal with the problems.
How can you rent a room to a couple without a door separating the toilet????
You could at least mention it in the room details?
How can’t you put a door for 2 months?
As we understand, many rooms are missing doors.
