broken lock on bathroom door
the lock on the bathroom door did not work because it looked like someone had kicked it in with a mauy-thi kick.After asking the staff to fix it for 5 straight days realized it was a useless effort. Needed an extra room key because myself and guest had different schedules. Iwas told by staff Ihad to put down 1000b deposit. I said ok .2nd key never produced The drink refrigerater was5 feet from front desk.I opened it and took out coke and put it on counter to reach in my pocket to get money.The owner who was standing next to me raised his voice with greatvolume and disrespect and told me to put the coke back, I must first ask the staff to get it for me

Soggiorno a patong
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 settimane, posizione ottima, vicino a patong beach, e anche alla bangla Road, ma silenzioso perché rimane in una strada chiusa. Camera ampia, cassaforte in camera, aria condizionata, funzionale per quello che serve, andare a dormire e farsi la doccia.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione.
Hotel con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ed in una posizione veramente invidiabile circa 300mt dalla spiaggia ed a 10 minuti di passeggiata dal centro nevragilco della città.Personale cortese ed accogliente, gestito da ragazzi italiani. Lontano dal frastuono dei locali del centro , si riposa bene. Camere con aria condizionata e con cassetta di sicurezza. Le camere sono arredate in modo un po spartano, arredamento un po datato, ma considerando che ci si va solo per una doccia e per dormire ci si puo' anche accontentare. Se cercate il lusso ovviamente non è un posto che fa per voi. Io mi sono trovato bene e ci ritornerei tranquillamente.

hotel owner is not friendly. hardly knows english
we stayed here for 6 nights and the hotel owner was not friendly to accomodate an hour late checkout at 1PM instead of 12 Noon. He hardly knows English and just speaks in single words. The hotel is close to the beach that is the only advantage but the location also has a big dis-advantage that it is situated at the start of the road which has a NO-ENTRY and hence if you happen to go out even a little you have take a huge 2kms U-TURN to come back.
The hotel owner clearly has a communication issue. Earlier he had agreed for 2PM checkout on the last day but just on the morning of the checkout day he "ordered" us to checkout by 12 Noon as he had some other customer coming in. How pathetic is that ? so does he mean we are not a customer at all ? When asked why he had earlier agreed for 2PM, he is like "I NEED THE ROOM BY 12 NOON" bluntly, without even any apology or anything. He ruined our plans for the last day and our trip definitely did not end on a happy note as we had planned.
I would NOT recommend any non-Italian to stay at this place as you will have issues communicating with the hotel owner / staff.
