I liked this hotel, location, clean,helpful staff specially Mr kemal at reception very good person and always presented with smile. I recommend this hotel to all visiting istanbul because of its great location, very near a big mall and restaurants area.

Overall everything was ok. Good location lots of eating options around the hotel. Big rooms with comfy beds . WiFi was good too in the room.

Otel ücretini odedigim odama çikarken benden odaya gelebilecek zararlara karsin 200 TL depozito aldiklarini soyledi. Ve cikista iade etti. Boyle bir küçük dusunce gormedim hic yakışır kalir bir uygulama degil.

they don’t allow foods or drinks from outsid. that make me to order from room service and their foods and drinks very expensive and not delicious. ai hope they change this policy.

Good location, walking distance to many resturants and a big mall across the street from it! Need some training for the front disk staff to be more attentive to the guests and when they are asked a question, maybe answer and not leave you without an answer

Nice location, clean, opposite Okbati mall, a lot of nice restaurants around walking distance.
