Everything was fine but cleaner is always better. There were some dust. Besides that, was good☺️

Oh my god it took me 30mins to check in as there is a long queue...more than 20ppl were waiting at the lobby to check in. There is no USB charging port in the room so asked the front desk to lend an adapter and they said it's not available but they said they can charge the phone at the front desk if I can bring my phone to all the way down to the lobby. It was around 7pm and there was still a long line and I had to wait another 10 mins for my turn. Same thing happened when receiving back my phone and checking out..

Nice, clean and kind. Everything was so good except I had to wait to check-in a little bit. But I understand that the pandemic and shut-down brought so many people here and also some additional works were added like writing document. Anyway if you find a clean and moderate room this inn would be a great choice.

Pretty dated as opposed to the pictures shown. Fantastic staff but sound proof was non existent and this was an issue for me. I Nonetheless, great value for the money.

it’s designed very nicely and has a good ambience when you enter. the disappointing aspect is that’s probably the nicest thing about the hotel. when i called the front desk, via phone - I had to call more than once to get an answer (I wanted to ask about parking and if they santise the room due to coronavirus). I also spoke to the restaurant staff on the phone and they were quite rude on the phone. The room was not clean. considering that coronavirus is going on - there was remains of the last guest: wrappers from chips, chips remnants, and other plastic bits. the bathtub was also not cleaned properly - I had to clean it again myself. I would also think that there would be proper attention to grouts but that wasn’t clean either. When I complained the hotel staff told me that they will make a note of it (basically not do anything to fix the situation) I assumed because Shilla has a name to it there would be a level of class but it’s only the interior that was nice. the price, while affordable is more expensive than some other 3 star hotels. Was quite disappointing.

view was nice, room temperature was perfect (not too hot or cold), very nice bedding the bathroom smelled of cigarettes constantly some staffs at front desk were not very kind (the one that checked me in) the hotel's dinner buffet is KRW 24000 (decent price) but there are not that many choices so just expect to get what you paid for

Shilla Stay Mapo is always my choice since I first stayed there few months ago and since then I have spent over 7 trips to Seoul at this fantastic property. Staff as usual in Korea are very professional and willing to help - Their English capabilities are above expectations!
