Expedia needs to add if English is spoken. hotel ataff doesnt speak english. Hotel name is West Care Kate nit wes kell & taxi drivers couldnt locate. my room was released when i arr at 10pm even after texting them of my late flt. was given a room booked for someone else n had to move. charged 357 yuan instead of 327yuan. shares lobby with another hotel. room is clean but dysty
