The entrance was a bit hard to find and not much going on on that street. The hotel itself was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. The intercom number to the front desk was not marked anywhere in the room, be sure to ask when you check in to save a trip down the lobby in case if you might need anything. Oh and there was no lock on the bathroom and shower.

Did not expect much for 3.5 star hotel
Bath design did not consider privacy issues. My non-smoking room has an ashtray and with strong smoke odor. Can hear neighbor opening and closing closet door. Wifi not did not provide internet access. TV in room can't be powered off. Technician unplugged the power as a work-around. Plan to take taxi because hardly any public transportation in the area.
Not in the heart of town but a good choice as it was convenient with many eateries and convenience stores around. The hotel staff made good recommendations for cafes which were nearby and we enjoyed the coffee very much. There are also some pubs a few streets away that you could have food and some drinks. Friendly atmosphere. We got around easily by taxi. The hotel's main entrance is not visible from the street, so look out for a signage called "Ice Cube" - it's a restaurant at the front of the hotel - you can easily access the hotel from there.
The bathroom suite is open plan! 1. the washbasin, 2. the tap, 3. the vanity wall mirror, 4. the full-length mirror, all of them part of the living room. Then there is one shower cubicle on its own. A toilet on its own. These two aren’t linked either. The room layout offers zero privacy. Another typical case of fancy design over practicality.
For single occupancy or if you are sharing with someone you know very intimately then it’s not such a huge deal; but if you are sharing the room say with a work colleague, the lack of privacy can become very awkward and challenged! Surprised how this hotel prides and markets themselves as a business hotel!
The breakfast room on the 8th floor was overcrowded, guests weren’t led to their seats in an efficient manner; food was nothing to write home about. Checking out took a good 15 minutes due to cumbersome paper work and various back-and forth-credit card transactions.
