HOUSE PHONE BROKEN.....WIFE HAS MAJOR MEDICAL ISSUES. NO ABILITY TO CALL OUT OF THE ROOM NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER AT 6 AM IN THE MORNING. (6 AM) PEOPLE ON THE 2ND FLOOR HANGING OVER THE RAIL MOST OF THE NIGHT SCREAMING/SWEARING/TALKING WAY TOO LOUD GANG/DRUG RELATED ACTIVITY GOING ON ALL NIGHT. HOTEL PERSONEL BANGING ON THE DOOR AT 10 AM TO SEE IF WE WERE GOING TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT. CHECKOUT TIME WAS 11 AM. WTH???????. No way this could have been considered a wonderful experience. I have spent a large number of nights in motels during my professional carrier, and NEVER been subjectwd to these types of issues in the past. I would suggest strongly that Orbitz removes this specific motel from their preferred list quickly until they get this mess straightened up.

If you are completely desperate this is the place for you. This hotel is no idea how to clean or up keep this location. They are truly lucky to still be in business. Nasty nasty nasty is all i can say. And i promise I am not just being harsh. If you don't believe me, book a room then.

The check in was great! The room however was right near the night check in, Check out window and there were people standing outside as late as after midnight yacking loudly. My walls were paper thin and there was a family with children/Child (need I say more)? When I finally fell asleep around 1:30 AM, I was jostled awake at 9:30 am by house keeping banging on my door. I was upset I was awaken, no do not disturb sign had been provided at check in. Disgusted I got up and prepared to check out. At check out the only explanation I received for being awakened was that the night person wrote that I left. I do not believe that. I think this maybe a practice they have to get the 11:00AM check outs up and Out so they can clean the rooms. Nobody even apologized, house keeping guy didn’t apologize for waking me and after telling the house keeping/ check-out large woman what happened and that I was PO she said okay with no apology. The freezer had towels stuffed in it and water with water on the floor other than that the room was clean.

Desk clerk was friendly, check in was fast. Room was clean, close to restaurants, beds were comfortable.

Hotel was okay. Very clean! Desk clerk very patient and kind. Fix the TV stations they are mis labeled.

Every thing seem really clean and i enjoy my stay.

It was a really good stay. It was quiet and the room was a really nice sized room. I would stay there again if I had to. Oh, but I would remember to bring a blanket because the comforter doesn’t have much weight to it.

Nice clean and very pleasant smelling room. The check-in was quick and the clerk was very sweet and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The manager at this hotel is super nice and helpful!
