The Win hotel was definitely not the hotel I expected when viewing online . It looks beautiful in the pictures however there were quite a few things that ruined my stay . First they say they have laundry or a service which is false , they don’t . Secondly the bed and pillows were not comfortable whatsoever , cleanliness can be better , seen something under my bed probably from previous tenant . Very cheap furniture . You are next to a highway so you will hear a lot of noise . I thought I could avoid this by staying away from the bars but the traffic noise is easily heard through the window. On top of that on the next block there is a fighting place where people from another city come to see , so as the buses enter and exit there is someone constantly blowing a whistle to direct them and that is easily heard . I needed to add another day and the staff charged me the same as a Friday and Saturday night which I thought was strange so definitely that was a rip off. A majority of the rooms on my floor were vacant so I didn’t understand how I had to pay the same as the 2 busiest nights . Also something not mentioned in the ad , they will ask you for a key deposit of 500baht which was new to me when I arrived . You may be better staying somewhere else .
