The parking was convenient. The room was pet friendly. Our opinion is that to be truly pet friendly, there needs to be no carpeting in the room. A designated pet space outside would be good, with grass. Some pets do not like rocks/gravel to do their 'business'.

All in all, it was a good trip. The only talk negative was this gross brown glob that was in the shower. We did not discover it until the morning. The rest of the room appeared clean but it did raise concerns. The minor thing is that I think it could use clearer signage at the main entrance

My family spent the weekend here so that we could go to the OKC Zoo. The room was spacious and the kitchen was helpful as we had a 2 year old. Though we all shared the one king size bed for our selected room, the bed was very comfortable. We also spent time enjoying the the amenities such as the pool. Id say over-all, the stay was pleasant and I would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel about 3-4 times and I would definitely stay again. Rooms are clean, large and very comfortable. It’s like staying in an apartment rather then a tiny hotel room. Beds are comfy, tvs are large, bathroom is large & there’s a full kitchen. I had to go down to the fest to ask for a few items missing but the gentleman at the desk did his best to help me(housekeeping was gone)

Nice and quiet. Good price, nice location, friendly front desk. Was miffed a bit by the breakfast being totally gone by 9 am. A little early in my opinion, especially for people on vacation. Seems like they saved it for the workers as several walked to the kitchen a few minutes after 9. We ended up at Hatch which was phenomenal, so whatevs.

The hotel itself was nice inside, check in was fine, but our room smelled like someone had been cooking some very fragrant meals. I guess that’s the risk you take in an extended stay hotel but they need to figure out a better way to ventilate and/or freshen up a room. This was our fourth time staying at this hotel and we will be back again. Rooms are really nice and well appointed with kitchen items for making small meals if you want to cook. May & NW Expressway have plenty of restaurants to choose from too. There’s an entrance road at the On Cue signal that takes you to the hotel(it’s easier then NW Expressway entrance) Intregris Hospital is nearby so sometimes you hear an ambulance occasionally.

Great first impression. Looked nice from outside. Lady at check in was great-very friendly and upbeat. Got key and as always I check room before unloading. Elevator was dirty and hallway to room needed swept bad. My thoughts were not good after seeing this. However room was very clean. Bed and pillows were OK but have had more comfortable many other places. Breakfast started T 7 and we ate about 7:40. Food was cold and I mean cold. Not even warm. Milk was in a pitcher and wasn’t cold. Also when pouring, the lid came off. No employees around to see how everything was. If not for front desk lady I would give this a poor rating. She was only reason I gave an OK rating.
