Check in was really smooth and the staff extremely helpful.

Good location for short term stay. Clean and spacious. I think I might've bothered the attendant / in-charge too much with a small food related query because he was 'very busy' and the other guy deals with it.

Inside the room was a bit cold, even after increasing the temperature. Otherwise the rest was very good.

We booked this hotel several weeks in advance but when we arrived at midnight (having travelled for 12 hours) we were told by the supercilious young man at the desk that the hotel was fully booked and we didn't have a room. No apology (until I suggested that one was in order). He said that they had found us a room in another hotel and they would arrange the transfer. Apparently, it is 'usual practice' for this hotel to overbook in case of 'no-shows'. Since we pay in advance, this practice is inexcusable in my view. The hotel we were sent to (Best Western - where the service was excellent) had only two single rooms - which First Hotel didn't bother to tell us. We were shocked by this treatment and would like to warn other travellers that this might happen to them should they book at First Hotel Arlanda.

Overall nice hotel - the shuttle service is extremely bad. You can end up having to wait 40 or more min In The outside cold

The bed was very comfortable and what a surprise to have heated bathroom floor :) No complaints - room was wonderful!!

Nice hotel for one night before or after Arlanda flight (nothing in area - so for one night stay in conjunction with flight). Quite and comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection (hot options however bit limited). Parking available free (but you must ask for a permit now - December 2019 - which should be displayed in car). Shuttle available, but did not use this time (shared with other hotel in area).

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The shuttle bus convenient. Delux room a good size, comfortable bed.

Our stay was brief two nights but very comfortable food very good, staff very friendly will stay again on next trip

This is a no frills hotel. It met our needs for a late check in and early flight out. Beds were comfortable enough.
