Staff were friendly, room was large, but bathroom wasn't the cleanest with huge cobwebs on the windows. Blinds weren't all easily accessible for closing. Only cutlery was knives and teaspoons, no forks. Would be helpful to have local eateries, shops in a brochure for options for food.

Location was good. Easy walking distance to all shops and river. Maybe get waiter or waitress to take orders at tables so people dont have to line up and wait over an hour for food. Older part of hotel needs room updates. Bathroom so tiny and television more than 4 channels would be good

Very clean and nice room. Nice location. Easy parking next to the room. However, the beds mattresses were very soft, you just fall inside a hole and cannot move out. The aircon was very noisy too which we reported to be repaired.

The room is located about 100m away from the river and spacious. Meals were tasty and there was a pool. The only problem was that internet connection through VPN is blocked.

Beautiful views of the river and reserve. Being a Saturday night there was drunken yelling at some wee hour during the night. Showing some signs of wear. The shower alcove and shower head needed replacing and one of the skirting boards had lifted. Overall we loved our stay here and would gladly return. The staff were awesome and friendly and the food was great.
