Fantastic location!!! Super clean!! Super friendly!!! Great location for viewing birds, fish and manatees. Close to airport but you would not know it!

This place was beautiful and the staff friendly, helpful and all around amazing.

we stayed here one night as a halfway point from Placencia to the Airport. this place made our last night memorable and remind us of how beautiful the jungle is after staying in the coast for a few days. the location is great as it is in the middle of the jungle in Belmopan (outside the capital). The hummingbird highway is a STUNNING drive and this resort is PART OF THAT. The creek makes up for the Pool and tubing is available from one end to the other. the board walk is excellent and sensor lights at night is appreciated. Bedding is EXCELLENT, premium bedding as advertised is accurate. Toiletries were provided (no personal toiletries like other hotel though) the shower area could use more places to put your own stuff. Other than that the room is great and location is beyond words. The dinner buffet was quite disappointing given that we only had the option of mash potatoes and roasted vegetable since we do not eat meat after we had informed them we followed a pescetarian diet since they asked what our restrictions were. Ala carte option would have been great especially with a charge of 15 US per person for the buffet dinner. However, the mashed potatoes and veggies were bang on! breakfast was advertised as included however when we got there staff said that they weren't but we can have coffee ad cereals. the gift shop prices were pretty reasonable Staffs were friendly and accommodating! I'm glad we had the chance to stay at this place even though it was for 1 night THANK YOU!

We went as two couples, hoping to experience the jungle on the mainland of Belize. We found so much more! First, the facility is set right in the forest with boardwalks between the buildings and a riot of flowers around them. You feel very safe up off the ground, yet you can experience the sites and sounds of the jungle. Then, if you want to get closer, you can walk their two trails to experience the land more directly. Of course, there are mosquitoes in the jungle, so bring some repellent.... The Jaguar Creek rises up out of the rocks right on the property, runs about a 1/4 mile, and dives back under ground. While it is above ground, the water is cool and fresh - wonderfully refreshing after a steamy hike or travel. The staff do a great job of making you comfortable, from Franklin's orientation talk to Iris' motherly attention in the dining hall to Carlos' hospitality and knowledge. They all went out of their way to make our stay special. Finally, we went out from Jaguar Creek to rappel into caves, to hike from swimming holes to more caves, to ride tubes through caves and more. The lodge is set in one of the world's most interesting geographies, with limestone and water creating fascinating landscapes above and below ground. Absolutely worth the visit, and a few mosquito bites...

an absolute amazing place to stay in the middle of a jungle with no wifi. the hosts were incredibly accommodating and all of our activities and tour guides were planned by them with transportation (we were in the middle of nowhere). the food was amazing! the place was more than expected, i was so happy with the experience.

Our stay at Jaguar Creek was amazing. This lodge offers free bike rentals and tubes for the creek. The staff especially Iris was amazing. You have to keep in mind that the lodge has very limited wifi which is great because it allowed us to enjoy each other's company and actually relax. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Jaguar Creek.

Located in a nice area very close to St Herman Blue Hole National Park. Room was spacious, adequately furnished but had no air conditioning, only fan provided. The weather was extremely hot during daylight hours when we were there and the room will get uncomfortably hot during the day, even with the breeze going through. Nighttime temperatures were pleasant enough. Wifi very limited, only at reception area and only when requested as they will turn off the wifi access. Most of the staff were nice and helpful, only had problem during check out when the front desk added on additional credit card charges without asking or informing me beforehand. The manager was helpful and offered to correct it promptly.
