Stylish hotel and kindly staff, great position, food , massage and convenience store nearby, room is big , each customer can order 2 main dishes breakfast , with mini salad bar, we enjoyed our breakfast these 3 days, the great feature part of the hotel is the roof top transparent swimming pool, its small but is stylish, can take a lot of picture there

Beautiful property, true five star service, and wonderful amenities. Lovely free breakfast that we enjoyed each day, and a great happy hour on the rooftop that we enjoyed each night. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here.

Conveniently located. Close to night food market and the mall. Took the big room but although it’s big it isn’t spacious due to the furnishing. But overall very good

Prime location, Just 10mins walking distance to Maya Mall. Nice Breakfast.

The staff was great and very helpful. Housekeeping needs to do a better job with cleaning. Location of hotel is great! Taking a shower was a pain because the water temperature kept changing on me, at times I would have to step aside or burst of water would be too hot for me to bear, then it would go cold.

Amazing honeymoon choice in the heart of downtown Chiang Mai!

the gym room and swimming pool is quite small, but what should be strengthen is that staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. they are professional and who know guests needs. i would like to book this hotel again if i travel there. Welcome letter and giant bath facility make me feel like home. the waitress in restaurant were also warmly help us for everything. the only disadvantage which this hotel has is the location where is surrounding by bar and construction.
