The stay was good even though the app or user error resulted in my stay date was incorrect. The hotel said they deleted the stay for 5/3/25 and corrected it for 5/2/25
The rug in the rooms had spots on it, the chairs in kitchen have ugly stains on them. My wife was wearing shorts looked down and was disgusted. Your staff is very professional ,courteous and accommodating. I had to change my rooms due to no elevator , my mother unlawful is disabled..mystay was pleasant.
The check in with Heidi was slow but she very personable. The overnight attendant was compassionate. I went to him at around 4 AM because I found bedbugs in my bed. He refunded my room and changed me to another one. He told me I would need to speak to his manager in the morning. I could not fall back to sleep because I was itching, the bumps were burning and my nerves wouldn't let me rest so I went down for breakfast at 7 AM and the morning attendant was discussing the incident with the night attendant and she was talking really loud with other guests in the area. I walked up and she was saying "why would you refund the room? I don't understand that. You moved her that was enough. " I said " ma'am, I'm right here." She said "so how can I help you?" I explained that I was supposed to speak with the manager and she said "she's not here, I'll talk to her when she comes and we'll reach out to you." That never happened. I came downstairs and asked for the manager. I was asked what I wanted and I said it was about the bedbugs so she went to get the manager. The manager told me that they spray for bedbugs occasionally and she didn't understand why the night attendant gave me a refund. She said she was willing to refund half of the room since I moved to the other room. I asked her to send me a detailed email of our conversation but she only sent that she needed 3 - 5 business days to process the transaction. I usually stay at this hotel only but after this I won't be back.
So clean and spacious. We had to vacate another hotel in the middle of the night because of roaches, maggots and moldy food left in the room from the previous guests. The young woman at the Best Western front desk was beyond sweet and kind. She quickly got us a clean room. I'm highly recommending this hotel to other Military families.
Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Front desk person moved us to 1st floor because no elevator which we really appreciated. We walked in the evening as there are sidewalks- thatâs not always the case by hotels. Continental breakfast was ok. Nice maintained place.
