Yubi Villas are well located in a busy strip in Seminyak. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants, next door to beach club and spas. Our villa was spacious. A little dated but well maintained. The staff were wonderful. Whilst located next door to a nightclub we heard nothing at all in the way of noise or music.

Perfect stay to relax.

My stay was a very good experience. The villa could use a touch up to make it a bit more modern but everything worked. Although they were building a restaurant at the front it was quiet in the villa. What made the stay perfect was the personnel, from the cleaning crew to the property manager Yuba, the arranged for everything that your heart could desire. I will return when I’m back in Bali!

A gem tucked away in Seminyak. Beautiful villa with a pool - I stayed here with my son as we had a trip together to Bali. Very close to shops, food, convenience stores, but far away from the street in that it was quiet and we didn't have any street noise. Also easy to find and have a car pull right up when we needed to go somewhere. Lovely place with great service - truly enjoyed it!

Great villa in strategic location

The place is super well located, nestled between two of the top hotels of Seminyak. The villa has a lot of space with an amazing private outdoor area and pool, that despite the busy location provides an oasis or tranquillity. The interior of the villa is dated and in need of refurbishment, but it is functional. The entrance of the overall structure also needs an upgrade. The staff is very kind and the breakfast offers the right variety and quality.

Superb villa in the heart of Seminyak

Amazing villa tucked away in the heart of Seminyak! We were able to walk everywhere we needed for the week we stayed here. The private pool had plenty of use every day as well and you could easily spend most of the day relaxing at the villa. The staff are super friendly and were able to help with any questions we might have as well as cleaning our villa daily back to the state of when we first arrived. If you are looking for early nights on a Saturday then I will give a heads up that a big night club is about 100 metres down the road so you can hear a little bit of bass throughout the night but it did not bother us.
