One of the best places I’ve ever stayed

I proudly give this establishment the highest rating! I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for this place — and with pride — after staying here for 16 consecutive days. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! First of all, it’s extremely well located — in a quiet and safe area — with a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you directly to Palo Alto’s central station in just a few minutes. Besides that, it offers excellent value for money. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a microwave, mini-fridge, air conditioning, balcony, a huge TV, and a large, cozy bed. The bathroom is also great. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. From the moment I arrived, they offered me complimentary bottled water, utensils, plates, and cups. They even took me to the laundry room and paid for washing and drying my clothes at no cost. I had a minor issue with the lock and shower, and both were fixed the same day in the best possible way. The cleanliness is impeccable, and every staff member is genuinely polite and caring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone — it’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!
