Great location

Great location. Room is exactly like the pics. Right at the beach. Close to many good restaurants. They use some serious cleaning products. We opened the windows for hours and the smell of products was overwhelming.

Loved the location and the service. Everything on this property was worth the cost. It was an inexpensive stay, and the saying “you get what you pay for” fits here perfectly. It had everything we needed, and I would definitely stay here again. But if you’re looking for some fancy all inclusive stay, then this is not for you. Location was the best part, right on the beach, within walking distance from bars and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful.

Great location steps to the beach, available chairs to bring down, friendly service, comfortable bed. We didn’t cook but kitchenette was nice and updated bathroom. Parking is convenient and only $10 a day, though tight as someone backed into my car. Pillows, blinds and entry lock are in need of replacing.

Clean, Cozy, 30 steps to the beach.

All stuff we encountered (Mary and Sussy) were friendly and very helpful. This is small beach hotel/motel. It has everything you need to stay few days. We needed to extend our stay due to the business circumstances and we had no problem with that as well. They have limited parking space that has to be reserved ahead and paid extra $10 a day. Hotels.com didn’t mention this, but it was not a big deal.

This was our first time in Southern Florida. We weren’t sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The Dolphin is GREAT! The location is perfect. I didn’t realize we’d be as close to the beach as we were. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Parking was not an issue. We had our parking pass so we were able to park in the designated area every night without issue. I felt safe the whole time we were there. The room was cozy. The bed was comfortable. The shower took a minute to warm up but I can’t complain. Everything was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and will be back! This is our new go-to place when we are in the area.

Great Location!

The room was relatively nice. Was clean although it reeked of a very strong cleaning product. Needed to keep the door open for a couple hours to air out. Thank god no lizards came in! AC worked well. Just a couple small maintenance issues. Tile was cracked in the shower and a small piece was missing causing mold on the other side of the wall/floor. Also, the towel bar in the bathroom was missing. Just one of the brackets was there. hotel was in a great location and room was one of the cheaper ones in the area.

I loved that it was central to everything we needed. I did not like that the room door did not have a door knob inside to pull door completely closed. This bothered me a lot. The TV did not work at all. The Ac was leveled with the height of the bed and it blew air on my face made it difficult to sleep i woke up everyday with a sinus headache.
