Cheap quality equipment, untrained house keeping
I hav unpleasant experience abt this hotel.
Pros : decoration looks nice, clean, well equipped, front is helpful.
Cons : I stayed at room 105
1. After check-in, electronics in the room was not working. I called house keeping, she said impolitely did I open any door. I said no, her voice sound frustrated and said I should check if door is open and wait 5 min till she comes down. I've waited 30 min but no one showed up so I asked front desk to help and wait for another 30 min before problem solved!!!
2. Handheld of shower just dropped from the wall!
3. Towel rack just dropped from the wall!
4. Bed room door cannot be closed since the bed block the door way! What a design?
5. After 2nd day, no house keeping in my room. I asked front desk, she apologied but cannot explain why!
6. 3rd day, house keeping clean the room. She set the bed nicely when I look from outside but when I lifted the blanket, the bed sheet was just as same as when I woke up!
