Acceptable hotel and staff very polite and helpful. Great location; near public transportation and walkable distance to many tourist attractions. Not many options for the breakfast included. No A/C, so in hot summers I won’t recommend it.

We very much appreciated the front desk staff getting us into our room early. They also stored our luggage the day we checked out while we went to a show. The location to Paddington Station was great and it was a short walk to Hyde Park. The breakfast was very good. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the second time staying at this property, which we have come to love. It is in a spectacular neighborhood with a very charming vibe.
